Job Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Relationship Manager candidate must be able to maintain daily communications with company’s client and attend all the calls and query from them. Applicant must have sound knowledge in shipping trade specially for forwarding business and well known with the international business terms. Should have good relation with shipping line and airlines as well. Good customer connection will be treated as an additional qualification to the candidate.

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Export Documentation, Booking to Shipping line, SI Submission and export related works. - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Knowledge in IGM submit for Import and ISF filling for USA shipment.

Must be able to READ and WRITE fluently & professionally in English and Bengali. The candidate shall be given other responsibilities based on his capability. These tasks shall include, but not limited to, writing letters and Liaison with Govt. bodies and private organisation, in relation to Export – Import and Shipping.
